The Elgin Highlands Pinot Noir is beautifully perfumed with aromas of rose petal, red and black cherry, strawberry and subtle spice. The palate is textured and elegant, showing vibrant acidity, fine chalky tannins and layers of savoury complexity, culminating in a long, focused finish.
