This was fermented in various vessels including 225L barrels, 400L Clayvers, and 300L barrels (10% new overall) with regular bâtonnage over 10 months. Ripe quince, mirabelle plum is scented with perfumed Roiboos as it rolls across the textural, lees-decked, medium bodied palate, to a bitter tangerine and crushed stone finish.
