THE GIN:

Bayab African classic dry is made with a neutral spirit made from grain at 96.4% abv. 

It is handcrafted with seven African botanicals sourced from across the African continent, from Ghana to Zambia.

BOTANICALS:

Baobab, juniper berries, coriander, rosemary, cinnamon, coarse salt, orange peel are added to the neutral spirit for 14 days to steep their flavour into the spirit.

TASTING NOTES:

London dry aromas with a twist of African spices. Juniper forward with balanced hints of citrus and coriander. A savory, lasting finish.
